At Navigator we want the purchase of your next boat to be an easy task. Therefore we offer you a product of superior quality at an affordable price. All Navigator boats feature a durable premium mahogany plywood stringer system which is securely bonded to the hull woth our unique process. Four grooves run along the bottom oif each stringer, allowing the fiberglass to gain an actual physical link between the stringer and the hull. The stringer is then completely resin encapsulated and foam filled for structure and floatation, making our boats unsinkable even with a full load.
All other items throughout the boat have been selected from the best products available. Our fuel hoses, fuel tanks, bilge pumps, bilge blowers, helms, steering wheels, gas tanks and navigation lights are all type accepted by the National Marine Manufacturers Association and the International Marine Certification Institute. Navigato builds it's boats in strict accordance to all applicable ISO standards.These standards are very thorough and cover every aspect of the boat from foam floatation to component selection.
